If you want to make
your loan payments from an account at another financial institution we now offer two online loan payment options to you, both for a minimum convenience charge. Once you click on the "Make A Payment" button, then you can choose to make your payment with Express Pay or you can choose to Create An Account by clicking on the Register
button. If you use Express Pay
, you will need your Member Account Number, Name, Email Address, and set up a Security Question. If you choose to Create An Account, you will need your Member Account Number, Name, Email Address, and set up a Security Question. You will also need to set up a password for future payment use. If you have more than one loan with HCFCU, you will be given the option to pick which loan you plan to pay with this payment.
Once you have decided to Express Pay
, you have two options for loan payments.
: Online Loan Payments can be made with a Mastercard or Discover credit card or Visa and Mastercard debit card. To make your payment you will need your name, card number, the card expiration date, card security code, your billing address, and your loan payment information from HCFCU. There is a $7.50 convenience charge for this service.
MAKE A PAYMENT
: Online Loan Payments can be made by using your bank account information from an external financial institution. You will need your name, external financial institution routing number, account number, and account type (e.g. checking or savings) as well as your loan payment information from HCFCU. There is a $7.50 convenience charge for this service.

Why is there a convenience charge?

What are the charges?
The convenience charge for using the online loan payment system is $7.50 per transaction. This allows you the freedom to make the payment anytime, anywhere!
How can I get around paying the convenience charge?
Payments made from a HCFCU savings or checking account are FREE! Making HCFCU your primary financial institution comes with many benefits!
When will payments post?
When paying with your external bank account information, payments will be posted to your account the next business day of the transaction. When paying with your debit or credit card, payments will be posted to your account within 2 business days of the transaction. However, the funds will be debited immediately.
Can I payoff my loan through the online service?
No, you can pay off your loan in person at the branch.
Why can’t I see my loan on the online loan payment system?
Loans are searchable by the borrower and co-borrowers names. You will not be able to see a loan if you are not listed as a borrower or unless you have the information required to access that loan. The online system will only display your loan accounts. Also, a loan must be in good standing to be accessed via the system.
What types of loans can I pay?
You can make payments on mortgages, personal loans, auto loans, and lines of credit using this new payment system.
How will I know my transaction was successful?
After a successful payment, you will land on a confirmation page and you will receive an emailed confirmation letter.
What if I need to dispute a payment?
Please contact your external account’s financial institution or your card issuer.
